As a head nurse, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our hospital through the following missions:
Organization and coordination of care 🏥
- You are responsible for the organization, coordination and continuity of care provided in your department in partnership with the head physician, the physician in charge and the various paramedical workers, in compliance with the policy and care of the Nursing Department.
Monitoring and evaluation of activities 📊
- You are responsible for monitoring and evaluating activities as part of an ongoing quality improvement process.
Staff 👥 Management and Development
- You are in charge of the management and development of your staff.
Welcoming and supervising new staff and students 🎓
- You will welcome, integrate and supervise new nursing staff and students.
Cross-departmental 🤝 collaboration
- You maintain collaborative relationships within your sector of activity and with other care units.
- You promote communication between the department and all the related services (pharmacy, sterilization, store, admission, etc.) in order to provide better service to the patient.
Continuous training of staff 📚
- You identify, analyse and generate the training needs of staff and transmit them to their direct manager and the person in charge of continuing education.
Maintenance of equipment and premises 🛠️
- You ensure the proper use and maintenance of materials, equipment and premises.

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required:
- You have a bachelor's degree in nursing
- You hold a Master's degree in public health sciences or a health executive diploma
- You have 5 years of experience in the hospital sector as a nursing practitioner
- You have a perfect knowledge of French (level B2)
