Job description

The essential mission of the Nursing Department is to ensure that we provide quality, personalized care adapted to patients, while ensuring an efficient nursing activity.

By joining us, you will participate in our institutional projects and develop your skills thanks to our wide range of training courses and the cutting-edge technologies at your disposal.

You will also participate in the continuous improvement process of our hospital through your missions as a nurse :

  • You demonstrate skills in the specialty.
  • You carry out the nursing anamnesis, analyze and interpret the data.
  • You will establish a nursing diagnosis and validate it in collaboration with the patient and his or her relatives.
  • You will draw up the care programme for each patient in line with the care plan and evaluate it.
  • You apply all the necessary preventive measures to patients in order to avoid the occurrence of sentinel events.
  • You comply with legislation, care techniques, institutional protocols and procedures.
  • You are committed to professional development
  • You demonstrate a sense of observation, discernment and judgment.
  • You are creative, reflective and an agent of change within your team.
  • You establish and maintain friendly relationships with the patient, their relatives, members of the multidisciplinary team and other hospital departments.
  • You inform the patient about the care provided, the scheduled examinations and the treatments initiated and check the level of integration of the information provided.
  • You convey any relevant information using professional language.

Profile

📚 Qualifications and experience required 

  • You hold a bachelor's or certified nursing diploma, or an equivalence recognised by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
  • You have a perfect command of French (B2 level).
