Welcome to the oncology department of the King Albert II Institute! Installed in brand new premises since September 2025, the unit continues to evolve. It welcomes patients from all over Belgium for cutting-edge care, sometimes complex, always profoundly human.

💉 You will accompany patients with all types of cancer.
You will also participate in the continuous improvement process of our hospital, through your missions as a nursing assistant :
- You will apply care related to activities of daily living (hygiene care, feeding assistance, installation and monitoring of the patient, support during mobilizations, etc.);
- You apply technical care (patient transport, assistance in taking parameters, monitoring of the state of consciousness, collaboration during neurological examinations, etc.);
- You contribute to the prevention of complications (bedsores, falls, infections, etc.);
- You ensure the proper management of the equipment and the safety of the patient;
You establish a relationship of trust with the patient and his family, with respect and listening.
Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
- You hold a nursing assistant diploma with visa number
- You have a perfect knowledge of French (level B2)
- You have followed the additional 150-hour training allowing you to carry out the 5 additional acts (Royal Decree of 01/09/2019)

- You have a sense of organization and responsibility;
- You like to work in a multidisciplinary team; You demonstrate recognized interpersonal skills;
- You demonstrate observational skills; You are comfortable with computer tools.
