General practitioner

The Boréale Health Centre will open in December 2026 in Neder-Over-Heembeek. Born from three founders from Brussels medical centres, it has a common vision: to offer comprehensive, humane, accessible care, rooted in the reality of the neighbourhood and focused on prevention.

Over the course of the project, other professionals have joined the adventure, bringing their expertise, values and commitment to build a coherent, inclusive structure focused on community health.

We operate on a self-managed basis: each worker participates in the decisions and becomes a member of the general assembly of the non-profit organisation. This mode of governance reflects our values of transparency, participation and solidarity, and is fully in line with the philosophy of the Fédération des Maisons Médicales, which has supported the project since its inception.

You will be at the heart of the Boréale project. Your role will go beyond consultation: you will contribute to building a sustainable, humane place of care rooted in its neighbourhood.

Your missions:

• to provide general medical consultations;

• work closely with the multidisciplinary team;

• Participate in prevention, health education and health literacy;

• contribute to the continuity of care and the overall follow-up of patients;

• co-constructing community projects and public health actions;

• take part in internal governance through self-management.

• An accredited general practitioner, with an INAMI number corresponding to the position.

• A person motivated by primary care, prevention and community health.

• A collaborative, open spirit, ready to invest in a project under construction.

• A sensitivity to human values and access to care.

• A desire to actively participate in the life of the non-profit organisation and its development.
