Job description
Managed by the Anderlecht CPAS, the Résidence J. Vanhellemont (RVH) is a rest and care home that can accommodate up to 189 inhabitants (142 MRS beds – 47 MR beds) whose state of health, autonomy or social situation no longer allow them to live at home. Within the RVH, the inhabitants are supervised on a daily basis by a multidisciplinary team that ensures their well-being.
THE SERVICE
The nursing department of the J. Vanhellemont Residence provides comprehensive and continuous care to the inhabitants, according to their health needs and their level of autonomy.
YOUR MISSION
You ensure the well-being of the inhabitants by listening to them attentively and responding to their needs while respecting their personality and dignity
You provide nursing, hygiene and comfort care rigorously, in accordance with medical protocols and aseptic standards
You actively contribute to the social and collective life of the Residence, by promoting exchanges and moments of conviviality
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree/Certificate in nursing
You have experience in a nursing home and/or in a geriatric department
You are in possession of a definitive INAMI nurse number and adhere to the third-party payment agreement
Holding a specialization in Community Health is a plus
You speak French and/or Dutch (TravailPour (Selor) certificate or willing to obtain it)
