General mobile team nurse (M/F/X): a dynamic career

You step into various departments (emergency, internal medicine, oncology, cardiovascular, surgery, etc.) to replace or reinforce teams during unexpected absences or periods of high activity. Your presence makes a tangible difference: ensuring continuity of care and strengthening patient safety.
Available 7 days a week, mornings and evenings depending on your sector, the mobile team guarantees units reliable, trained, and immediately operational support.

Profile
Required qualifications and experience:
- Hold a nursing degree or an equivalent degree recognized by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles
- Have a fluent command of French (B2 level)
- Be comfortable with IT tools
Essential skills:
- Act with autonomy and rigor in care-related decisions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the continuity and quality of care
- Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and easily exchange with other professionals to enrich patient care
- Demonstrate observation skills, discernment, and clinical reasoning
- Stay calm and effective under pressure, managing emergencies and unexpected situations with composure
- Show initiative
- Commit to professional development and the evolution of the nursing profession
- Possess the ability to supervise nursing students and pass on your knowledge
Additional assets:
- Hold a specialization in onco-hematology, pediatrics, or intensive care and emergency nursing
- Master an additional language beyond the basic requirements
