As a Head Nurse, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our hospital through the following missions:

Organization and coordination of care 🏥

• You are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the continuity of care provided in your department in partnership with the Head Physician, the Responsible Physician, and the various paramedical stakeholders, in compliance with the policy and care standards of the Nursing Department.

Monitoring and evaluation of activities 📊

• You are responsible for monitoring and evaluating activities as part of a continuous quality improvement process.

Personnel management and development 👥

• You are in charge of managing and developing your staff.

Welcome and supervision of new staff and students 🎓

• You ensure the welcoming, integration, and supervision of new staff and nursing students.

Inter-departmental collaboration 🤝

• You maintain collaborative relationships within your sector of activity and with other care units.

You promote communication between the department and all ancillary services (pharmacy, sterilization, warehouse, admissions, etc.) with a view to providing the best possible service to the patient.

Ongoing staff training 📚

• You identify, analyze, and encourage staff training needs and transmit them to your direct supervisor and the lifelong learning manager.

Maintenance of equipment and premises 🛠️

• You ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and premises.

📚 Required qualifications and experience:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing 
• You hold a Master's degree in Public Health Sciences or a Healthcare Framework degree 
• You demonstrate 5 years of experience in the hospital sector as a practicing nurse 
• You have a perfect command of French (B2 level)
