Job description
BON is a growing company with 17 healthy, gourmet, and refined ready-to-eat outlets. For one of our Brussels locations, we are looking for a Shop Manager. A role rich in responsibilities! 🚀
As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for the operational and administrative management of your point of sale.
You are in charge of leading your team to achieve the set goals.
You ensure that the criteria regarding service quality, sales, maintenance, and productivity are met.
👉 Your responsibilities will include, among others:
You set an example for your team and serve as the reference for how the store operates.
It is your responsibility to keep your team highly motivated, organized, and focused on clear objectives.
You ensure the development of your team in order to help them grow and become autonomous.
You make your team aware of the importance of offering quality products and a pleasant environment (cleanliness, atmosphere, etc.).
With your team, you strive to provide customers with impeccable service.
You ensure the achievement of sales targets, notably by building customer loyalty.
You propose and implement action plans aimed at developing additional sales.
You analyze and comment on your dashboards every week in order to stay on track with your turnover and productivity goals.
You maintain adequate stock levels (no stock-outs, sufficient turnover, expiration date management).
Profile
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a restaurant management position.
You are a person in the field.
Your dynamism, your leadership, your ability to federate make you an excellent manager.
You are rigorous, organized and positive. 😊
You have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
You have great analytical skills, an ease with numbers and performance indicators.
Quality of service and customer satisfaction are your priorities.
