Shop Manager Lunchbar - Horeca

BON is a growing company with 17 healthy, gourmet and refined ready-to-eat outlets. For one of our stores located in Antwerp, we are looking for a Shop Manager. A role rich in responsibilities! 🤩

As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for the operational and administrative management of your point of sale.
You are in charge of leading your team to achieve the set targets. You ensure that criteria regarding service quality, sales, maintenance and productivity are met.

🥗 Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• You set an example for your team and serve as the reference point for store operations.

• It is your responsibility to keep your team highly motivated, organized and focused on clear goals.

• You ensure the development of your team in order to help them grow and become autonomous.

• You raise your team's awareness of the importance of offering quality products and a pleasant environment (cleanliness, atmosphere, etc.).

• Along with your team, you ensure an impeccable service is provided to your customers.

• You ensure the achievement of commercial objectives, notably by building customer loyalty.

• You propose and implement action plans aimed at developing additional sales.

• You analyze and review your dashboards weekly to stay on track with your turnover and productivity targets.

• You maintain adequate stock levels (no stock-outs, sufficient turnover, expiration date management).

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.

• You are a hands-on person.

• You are fully proficient in Dutch.

• Your dynamism, leadership, and ability to unite people make you an excellent manager.

• You are rigorous, organized, and positive. 😃

• You have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication.

• You have strong analytical skills and an ease with numbers and performance indicators.

• Service quality and customer satisfaction are your priorities.
