Supervise logistical flows and contribute to improving B2B and B2C service quality.
ERP systems, digitalization & economic management
Ensure the functional management of our Odoo ERP and support its evolution according to operational needs.
Structure, secure, and automate processes and information flows between the various departments.
Develop dashboards to monitor industrial, logistical, economic, and commercial performance.
Contribute to budget monitoring, industrial costs, and the identification of profitability levers.
Provide analytical support to the sales teams and management through the monitoring of B2B sales statistics.
Management, quality & cross-functional coordination
Supervise, support, and empower the production, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Foster employee autonomy and structure decision-making processes.
Work closely with the Quality department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industrial standards.
