Clinical Psychologist - Healthcare Staff Support Unit (M/W/X)

Within Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, we pay particular attention to the well-being of our employees. In this context, the Healthcare Staff Support Unit assists staff members facing professional, relational, or emotional difficulties related to their work.

To ensure the continuity of this essential system, we are looking for a Clinical Psychologist for a 75% replacement contract.

Your role

You intervene with the institution's employees to offer them a space for listening, reflection, and support.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Provide individual consultations for staff members who are active or on sick leave (burnout, relational difficulties, conflicts, professional questions, etc.);
• Support employees in a supportive and reflective approach, with a perspective more oriented towards guidance than psychotherapy;
• Co-facilitate discussion groups for teams;
• Participate in team supervisions;
• Intervene in individual or collective situations requiring urgent psychological support (traumatic events, questions surrounding end-of-life, critical situations, etc.);
• Collaborate with the relevant institutional stakeholders and participate in consultation meetings organized with trusted persons and Human Resources.

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in clinical psychology and have the visa required to practice the profession;
• You have experience in supporting adults and ideally in the healthcare sector or an institutional environment;
• You are comfortable with institutional issues and organizational dynamics;
• You demonstrate discernment and are able to maintain the necessary confidentiality in a complex environment;
• You know how to step back while developing a balanced professional posture towards the various stakeholders;
• You are at ease with group facilitation and able to intervene across different hierarchical levels;
• You are autonomous while enjoying collaborative work.
