HR Business Partner - Strategic

As an HR Business Partner, you build and maintain a trusted, high-quality partnership with the executive team and management of each pole/department under your responsibility. 

You are the voice of the business to the HR Centers of Excellence. 

You drive the application and/or implementation of HR policies to facilitate the achievement of the company's strategic goals.

• Define and track HR objectives in terms of talent & performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, disability support (CPBW/SIPPT), and action plans to support the business strategy, particularly regarding strategic workforce planning and organizational design. 

• Act as the voice of client needs and the liaison with the various HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring optimal collaboration among all stakeholders. 

• Propose and recommend initiatives in defining the business strategy, challenge decisions made by managers and team leaders, and provide factual insights for strategic and/or tactical options and reflections. 

• Act as a business partner by supporting, advising, challenging, accompanying, and coaching management regarding the application and/or implementation of HR policies/processes, as well as all resulting change management aspects. 

• Act as a coach and partner to executive and senior management to empower them and support them in managing their own careers (active listening and problem-solving, proactive information on open positions, coaching during internal mobility, creating and monitoring personal development plans, etc.). 

• Drive change and facilitate the coordination of change projects in partnership with the relevant departments. 

• Ensure, in partnership with the operational HRBP and Career Advisors, effective coordination and quality follow-up of employee cases across the various departments. 

• Have at least 5 years of recent or current experience as an HRBP within an organization of a similar size.

• Possess a generalist knowledge of the processes managed by the various HR Centers of Excellence that make up an HR department. 

• Demonstrate significant managerial experience throughout your professional background.

• Have experience in reporting as well as in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR and organizational data. 

• Demonstrate assertiveness, strong active listening skills, and the ability to show benevolent sincerity, authenticity, and directness.

• Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills. 

• Have solid project management skills. 

• Propose innovative ideas and master continuous improvement techniques.

• Show agility and adaptability when facing unforeseen events and changing priorities.

• Master French fluently. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
