Internship - governance and public funding (min 3 months)

In direct collaboration with the Head of Institutional Funds and Governance, you will contribute to: 

• The organisation of governance bodies : preparation of convocations, logistical arrangements, drafting of minutes of meetings of bodies (Board of Directors, Regional Assemblies, General Assembly). 

• Administrative follow-up : updating of legal documents (publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, register of members, statutes), archiving and filing. 

• Follow-up of grant applications: Global and Solidarity Citizenship Education Programme (ECMS) financed by the DGD, continuing education programme contract subsidised by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and other one-off subsidies. Support in the drafting of reports or proposals. At the end of 2025 and during the first half of 2026, contribution to the drafting of the next ECMS programme subsidised by the DGD (development cooperation). 

• Ideological adherence to the Oxfam-Magasins du monde project

• Higher education (in progress) in connection with the internship offer (population and development sciences, executive secretariat, management, cooperation, etc.) 

• Excellent writing skills in French 

• Good writing skills in English are an asset 

• Interpersonal skills for various contacts (internal and external to the organization) 

• Interest in associative governance and/or public funding

• Rigour, sense of organization 

• Team player and ability to work independently 

• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
