Job description
Do you dream of combining commitment, impact and collaboration? The non-profit organisation UNEOS, created at the beginning of 2025 by the Coopeos cooperative, raises awareness and mobilises citizens in a sustainable way to meet environmental and social challenges together. 🌱
We are looking for a project manager to implement and coordinate mobilization and communication actions intended to engage our various audiences in the long term, while promoting local partnerships.
👉 Missions and responsibilities
📣 Mobilization
Propose mobilization programs for different audiences (schools, municipalities, communities, companies), adapted to their needs, based on our model programs and UNEOS objectives
Coordinate the implementation of programs in conjunction with our partners
Be the privileged point of contact for customers : follow-up, response to needs, proactivity
Participate in awareness-raising events and activities
Carry out the assessments of actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the programmes
💻 Communication
Participate in the reflection of customer communication plans
Supporting customers in the implementation of their communication actions
Write and distribute content (newsletters, social networks, educational materials, etc.)
Participate in the design of communication and awareness-raising materials (educational panel, web page, flyer, etc.)
Coordinate external service providers (graphics, printing, video, etc.)
Organize events (logistics, communication, possible animation)

Created at the beginning of 2025 at the initiative of the Coopeos cooperative, UNEOS raises awareness and sustainably mobilizes citizens, schools, companies and municipalities around the environmental and social transition.
We develop long-term mobilization programs, aimed at concrete and sustainable behavioral changes, with monitoring of impacts, the valorization of results and the creation of local partnerships.
Our ambition: to contribute to a more sustainable future by empowering everyone, together, to address ecological and social challenges.

Profile
👌 Desired profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, economics, marketing, communication, or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in project management.
Committed to the environmental and social transition.
Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, collaborative spirit.
Good writing skills and ability to structure and synthesize information.
Autonomy, responsiveness, ability to manage several files in parallel.
Graphic design skills (layout, visual creation, Canva, etc.) and ease with social networks are an asset.
Experience in leading groups, children and adults (workshops, events, awareness-raising) is a plus appreciated.

1st interview – by videoconference (Teams)
30 minutes with the HR manager to discuss UNEOS, your background and your motivations for joining us.
30 minutes with the coordinator to deepen the content of the position and your experience.
2nd interview – face-to-face
1 hour to 1h30 of exchanges around the values and the mode of shared governance of UNEOS, as well as to get to know you better.
1 hour meeting with the whole team.
