👉 Missions and responsibilities
As a technical sales engineer, you play a key role in the development of our business. You will be part of the sales team and provide technical support. Your main responsibilities will be:
Technical support to the sales function
Analyze the technical needs of customers (site visit, reading specifications, qualification of needs, etc.).
Design preliminary projects: design of technical solutions, sizing of boilers and peripheral equipment, establishment of layout plans, establishment of PIDs, etc.
Perform costing, consult with the internal product manager, subcontractors/partners, and prepare technical documents for offers.
Discuss with customers on the technical aspects of the project and develop solutions according to customer expectations, technical and economic considerations
Calculation of the profitability of the project and Contribute to the financial package of the project for the client (subsidies, bank loans, ...) 📈
Ensure the rigorous follow-up of technical files and their documentation in the CRM.

Created in December 2015, Coopeos uses local wood resources to heat companies and communities. To do this, Coopeos offers a "local wood heat" solution including the installation of a wood boiler and its complete management over time.
By developing energy from local wood waste, our goal is to reduce CO2 emissions, create local jobs and find a use for waste that is not recovered today.

Profile
You have an engineer-type profile (industrial or civil) or equivalent by experience, preferably with a focus on the field of energy.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the design and costing of complex technical projects (> 100,000 €).
Strong interest in renewable energies and the energy transition.
Ability to analyze specifications and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Comfortable reading and producing technical plans and diagrams (HVAC, PID, implementation, etc.).
Good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Teams). Knowledge of AutoCAD, Fusion or Visio is an asset.
Experience with a CRM is desired

Ability to defend a solution on its technical and economic foundations, in line with the challenges of the client and the cooperative.

Meticulous management of technical and administrative files.
Rigorous updating of data in the CRM, precise monitoring of project stages.
Strict adherence to deadlines and reliability in deliverables.
