👉 Your role

You are the person who introduces Smile to as many people as possible and who puts the brand where it belongs, on the best terraces, in the fridges that matter and on the cards that read.

In concrete terms, you will:

• Prospect and open new horeca, organic retail and neighborhood grocery accounts, with a smart route plan and a clean pipeline.

• Manage your business, qualify, propose, conclude, follow, with a clear sense of priorities and objectives that are easy to read.

• Build lasting partnerships with distributors and resellers, follow-up cadence, in-store actions, visibility and volume.

• Listen to the field and raise the expectations of consumers, chefs and managers to guide our product and marketing choices.

• Occupying the fridges of stores that share our values, negotiating visibility, organizing tastings and ensuring rotation.

• Representing Smile at trade fairs, festivals, in-store tastings and partner events, creating moments that convert.
