As part of the development of our academic advanced therapies production unit (ATMP), we are recruiting a motivated, rigorous Laboratory Technologist ready to evolve in a stimulating and highly technological GMP environment.
🚀 Your mission:
You play an essential role in the production of innovative therapies intended for clinical trials. Your work contributes directly to the quality, safety, and compliance of products administered to patients.
1. GMP environment management
- Preparation, disinfection, and monitoring of cleanrooms (B/C/D).
- Control of environmental conditions: particles, microbial contamination, equipment monitoring.
- Management of reagent, consumable, and critical equipment stocks.
- Participation in the drafting, updating, and application of SOPs.
2. Quality Control (QC) contribution
- QC analyses on raw materials.
- Application of analytical protocols (flow cytometry, potential quantitative PCR, microbiological testing).
- Rigorous documentation according to traceability and data integrity requirements.
- Participation in analytical qualifications and validations.
3. GMP production participation
- Preparation and control of media and reagents.
- Learning and handling of the production unit (CliniMACS Prodigy – Miltenyi).
- Active participation in production processes.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Schedule flexibility during production periods.
Profile
🎓 Training and experience
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent.
- Experience can compensate for the lack of a diploma in the case of a solid profile.
- GMP or QC experience is an asset, not an obligation.
🧪 Technical skills
- Strong interest in GMP environments, sterile production, and GDP documentation.
- Skills in cell culture, analyses, and microbiological risk management.
