Job description
As an Assistant· e Social· e Within the Personal Assistance Department, you accompany, inform and advise people in (psycho)social and/or administrative difficulties in order to contribute to improving their living conditions on a social level, while ensuring that their capacity for autonomy is maintained, restored and developed.
On a daily basis:
You welcome and establish contact with the person and establish a climate of trust, in accordance with social work methodologies and this through the various channels available and respecting the needs of the affiliates.
You listen to and analyse the person's situation according to a global approach in order to be able to establish a social diagnosis on the problem(s) posed in the health themes covered by the Partenamut Social Service.
You provide information and guidance adapted to the user's situation in an efficient, rapid and efficient manner. Ensure individual support for the person of quality by providing them with relevant information and respecting the procedures and instructions defined, redirecting them if necessary to the appropriate service(s) or institution(s) in order to enable them to solve their problem or even restore their ability to become independent.
You will be responsible for the administration of the overall social file of individuals, by collecting, recording, classifying and managing data in order to allow the drafting of reports and reports necessary for the follow-up of the file and the cooperation of the various employees or departments.
You support the entire team by providing physical and telephone appointments
You willrestore access to all types of rights and take all possible steps to prevent it in order to implement long-term solutions.
You keep up to date with new regulations, professional practices,... in order to maintain effective and up-to-date social work.
You will participate in the establishment of a network of partners in order to facilitate the support of affiliates in need.
Profile
Mandatory criteria:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Assistant· e Social· e.
You have your driving licence B and your car to travel on the Tournai, Hornu, Mons axis.
Your profile as a Social Worker
You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Assistant· e Social· e.
You have an excellent knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
You have excellent listening and communication skills (active listening, assertiveness, empathy, etc.).
You are able to communicate easily with our beneficiaries by email, phone, videoconference and/or face-to-face.
You have an affinity for administrative tasks and case management.
You are efficient and have good organizational and time management skills.
You are motivated by the fact that you are able to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives inherent to the position.
You are resistant· e psychologically and physically to stress.
You are flexible both in terms of location and working time.
