Administrative Nursing Assistant for In Vitro Fertilization (M/W/X)

By joining us, you will also take part in our hospital's continuous improvement process through your duties as an administrative nursing assistant:

• You handle administrative work relating to patients 
• You welcome and inform couples
• You prepare the medical and nursing records when the patient arrives and ensure their transmission upon discharge
• You manage telephone communications
• You manage appointments for consultations and medico-technical services
• You collaborate with the medical team, biologists, and secretaries to coordinate the various activities and services around the patient
• You coordinate patient appointments according to medical requests, taking care activities into account and ensuring their scheduling
• You manage and update the appointment list (closing, billing, service providers)
• You participate in the quality system of the Reproductive Tissue Bank (TREP)
• You participate in multidisciplinary staff meetings and team reports to exchange information useful to your role

Employment condition(s): 

• You hold a higher secondary education diploma or equivalent

Asset for the role:

• You demonstrate experience in the role of administrative nursing assistant
• You have knowledge of Dutch
