Versatile HUB Collaborator

• You check the quality of documents and/or rejections and add separators to ensure quality scanning.

• You perform an initial sort of mail and documents received from agencies and/or Bpost and carry out a second sort according to the recipient, the nature of the document, and the destination.

• You prepare documents for scanning based on lists generated by the validation and indexing program.

• You encode all client data shown on the documents, document types, client and service provider identification data, as well as the appropriate nomenclatures and amounts based on benefits.

• You verify the validity of the format of healthcare certificates that entitle the holder to reimbursement and documents related to the management of client files.

• You validate complete documents and reject incomplete documents in order to generate communication to the client via the computer system.

• You hold a high school diploma (CESS).

• You adapt easily to change and work with precision, even under tight deadlines and pressure.

• You are meticulous, rigorous, and attentive to detail.

• You constantly seek to improve processes and propose innovative solutions.

• You learn quickly and easily assimilate new skills.

• You are able to stay focused on your tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.

• You are a true team player, accustomed to working towards individual and collective goals, while respecting confidentiality.

• You have a perfect command of French and a passive understanding of Dutch (reading).
