Administrative Nursing Assistant (AIA) (M/F/X)

🎯 The essential mission of the Nursing Department is to ensure that we provide quality, personalized care adapted to patients, while ensuring an efficient nursing activity.

By joining us, you will also participate in the continuous improvement process of our hospital through your missions as an administrative nurse:

• You will carry out the administrative work relating to the inpatients of the care unit, within the care team

• You will welcome and inform the patient

• You are pursuing an objective of quality of service provided in the performance of your work

• You prepare the medical file and the nurse's file at the patient's reception and ensure that it is transmitted when he or she is discharged

• You manage telephone communications
  You manage consultation appointments and medico-technical services

• You will collaborate with the medical team, biologists and secretaries in order to coordinate the various activities and services around the patient

• You coordinate patient appointments according to medical requests, taking into account care activities and ensure that they are scheduled

• You manage and update the list of appointments (closing, invoicing, service providers)

• You will participate in multidisciplinary staff and team reports in order to exchange information useful to your function

🎓 Qualifications and experience required:

• You hold a diploma in higher humanities or similar

🚀 Essential skills:

• You demonstrate experience in the function of AIA

• You have some knowledge of Dutch

• You are comfortable with computer tools

• You have a sense of organization and communication 

• You are resistant to stress 

• You demonstrate the ability to concentrate and discreetly 

• You like to work in a multidisciplinary team

• You demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology
