
Head of Marketing
Job description
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
🚀 Strategy and leadership
Define and implement Tapio's overall marketing strategy in close collaboration with management.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team in all its functions (growth, content, and events).
Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.
🤝 Growth and acquisition
Oversee all acquisition channels (paid and organic), optimizing the impact on the pipeline and CAC.
Design and develop performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Capterra).
Use A/B testing, insights from data, and funnel analysis to maximize conversion rate.
🌱 Brand and content
Develop and evolve the positioning of the Tapio brand in all markets and customer segments.
Oversee content strategy and storytelling efforts in partnership with the content team.
Ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns, website, sales materials, and channels.
💻 SEO & Organic Growth
Define and implement the SEO strategy in order to generate qualified traffic and leads.
Manage keyword research, content briefs, and link-building initiatives.
📊 Marketing Ops & Analytics
Build and maintain a high-performing marketing infrastructure and reporting framework.
Have dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and experimentation processes to guide your decisions.
Leverage automation and artificial intelligence tools to scale efficiently and intelligently.
📣 Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to ensure consistency in go-to-market strategies.
Support launches, customer training, and product positioning through targeted campaigns.
Profile
You are a strategic and entrepreneurial marketing manager who thrives in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment.
✨ Must-Haves
More than 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, in the fields of SaaS, technology or climate technologies.
Proven experience in leading marketing teams and developing multi-channel strategies.
Strong experience in the field of performance marketing and brand positioning.
Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), paid acquisition, content strategy and CRM/marketing operations.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to drive key performance indicators (KPIs), attribution models, and return on investment (ROI).
Strong leadership and project management skills — you are able to successfully execute both strategy and execution.
Fluency in English; Fluency in French and Dutch is a major asset.

Experience in cross-functional environments (sales, product, technology).
