Job description

As a Process Owner in the implementation of GLOBO / GLOB@ (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Services), you will analyze the challenges of the relevant business processes and organize the design of the target process together with the GLOBO business analyst.

You actively participate in translating the target process into user stories, to feed the delivery train team.  

On a day-to-day basis: 

  • You have a clear and documented view of the challenges of the process in the context of the implementation of GLOBO / GLOB@. This involves: 

    • Study each issue or the specificities related to a process, within the strategic framework of Partenamut.

    • Collect the needs of the users of Partenamut's service(s).

    • Collect and compile information/figures useful for understanding the issues at stake in the process.

    • Facilitate the prioritization exercise of the problems to be solved and quantify the potential gains.

  • You design and document the target process to be implemented in GLOBO/GLOB@. This involves:  

    • Understand precisely the potential differences between the Partenamut process and the Helan process and identify possible synergies.

    • Have a perfect command of the fundamental concepts of case management to facilitate the design of the target process.

    • Supporting the Business Analyst GLOBO aims to maximize "adopt versus adapt" by understanding precisely what this means for the process.

    • Identify with GLOBO Business Analysts what concerns the scope of GLOBO / GLOB@ versus what concerns other applications.

    • Define business needs with GLOBO Business Analysts in the form of user stories.

    • Document the target process according to current BPM standards.


  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with expertise in active listening and a strong ability to communicate and interpret.

  • You are fluent in French and have a good command (oral and written) of Dutch and/or English.

  • You are known for your rigor and your working method, with a particular affinity for organization and structuring.

  • You have very good analytical skills and a developed ability to synthesize .

  • You excel at facilitating meetings.

  • You are passionate about project management, with proven experience in this field and familiarity with Practical IT Development Modeling (SCRUM) tools.

  • You always put the customer at the heart of your concerns.
