
Mail Clerk
Job description
You receive, track and transport documents and mail from the Partenamut and Partena OZ agencies, as well as from the post office 📩
You check the quality of documents and/or rejections and add separators to ensure quality scanning
You will carry out an initial sorting of the letters and documents received from the agencies and/or Bpost and carry out a second sorting according to the recipient, the nature of the document and the destination
You prepare the documents for scanning according to the lists from the validation and indexing 📝 program
You carry out additional research in order to identify unknown members of the mutual insurance company and generate requests for the sending of documents requested by members
Profile
You are able to combine precision and productivity.
You hold a CESS
You have good data analysis and processing 🔍 skills
You have a basic knowledge of Dutch
You are autonomous and you enjoy teamwork
You are energetic and motivated 💪
You may have experience in a sorting centre, as an order picker, archivist, etc.
You are ready to release yourself quickly (immediate start after commitment).
