Job description
As a duo, you divide your working week between customer service and delivery management: you ensure the smooth delivery of thousands of weekly orders by managing the optimization of routes, the follow-up of delivery teams and customer satisfaction.
Your tasks:
Dispatch management: you manage relationships with our delivery drivers and delivery partners. You create and optimize delivery routes while respecting customer requests and internal constraints. You process invoices from our partners (drop-off points and delivery people).
Delivery management: you track deliveries; you understand and solve delivery problems in the best possible way. You manage and adapt the availability of delivery zones and slots on the website.
Customer service management: you answer calls, emails, chat and social networks and solve customer problems. You will set up and update our communication tools with our customers (standard Q/A, chatbox, etc.). You keep track of customer payments and payment disputes.
Quality monitoring: you escalate recurring issues to your various colleagues and to developers in order to improve the customer experience in a structural way. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Administrative management: you prepare the various order preparation documents following the optimization. You follow and update operational procedures. You do the reporting related to these activities.
Profile
You have a degree in logistics or management.
You have a first professional experience in logistics/supply chain/customer service.
You have a perfect command of French (impeccable spelling) and speak and write Dutch fluently.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
You are a hands-on person with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of delivery issues.
