Job description

We are looking for a Coordinator· ice Box Repas Junior to assist the Products/Purchasing team. The team plays a key role at the heart of the eFarmz project and works closely with all departments of the company. 🤝

Supervised by the Meal Box Coordinator, the objective is to assist the Products & Purchasing team and the Meal Box Coordinator in day-to-day management. 📝

Daily tasks include:

Uploading new recipes and products
Ensure the correct layout and proofreading of recipes
Update sales and performance analyses of dishes
Participate in the development of recipes and the photo shoot
Helping to launch new projects for Meal Boxes
Assist category coordinators with their day-to-day tasks (inventory, refunds, etc.)

Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree
Organized· e, rigorous· SE, analytical: you like it when things are done well and you have a keen eye for detail
Responsive· ve, you are looking for quick solutions to the problems you encounter
Resourceful· e, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
Agile, pragmatic, solution-oriented, who does not hesitate to go into the field and adapts to both operational realities and the strategic needs of the company
Calm and cheerful even in some stressful situations
Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of InDesign is a plus
Impeccable spelling in French
Affinity ++ for organic and local products as well as for cooking
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Available for a minimum of 6 months
