Job description
Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you are responsible for the operational coordination of the warehouse. You will ensure the smooth running of logistics activities, from the receipt of goods to the preparation of orders, ensuring the quality, punctuality and efficiency of operations.
Within the Supply Chain team, as Operations Coordinator :
You manage and coach the team of about thirty workers on a daily basis. You maintain a serene environment and maintain a good working atmosphere.
You coordinate end-to-end operations. From receipt to order picking, you make sure that everything is ready on time.
You determine the warehouse organization taking into account financial goals, operational processes and safety
You adjust, determine and evaluate the necessary resources (HR planning management, sharing of key tasks and purchase of equipment and warehouse materials, etc.)
You are present during order picking hours and ensure that the warehouse remains tidy.
You train new warehouse workers.
You are responsible for monitoring the processes and making proposals for improvements in the long term.
Profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, economics or logistics and you have a first experience in logistics/supply chain
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
You are very comfortable with computer tools in general and you juggle with Excel
You are a hands-on person with strong organizational ability and a deep understanding of warehouse-related demands.

💰 Remuneration
As part of a Professional Immersion Contract (CIP), a monthly allowance is provided, in accordance with the rules in force in Brussels.
The minimum amount of the allowance corresponds to 50% of the Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Income (RMMG) and varies according to age:
18 years old: €865.90
19 years old: €929.30
20 years: €992.60
21 years and over: 1.056 €
These amounts may be prorated in the case of part-time work.
The intern is also insured against accidents at work and on the way to work.
