Category Coordinator Junior - CIP Contract

JOB 🤝 DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Purchase & Offer department and supervised by the Category Manager, you will assist the Category Manager in the development of the commercial offer of our online shop while ensuring the supply and optimization of purchases on the relevant departments.

Purchasing & Replenishment

• Carry out purchases and follow up on orders from our dry departments (sweet, savoury, drinks, bulk, home, hygiene, etc.) for our meal boxes and our shop.

• Communicate with the various entities of the Supply Chain department (for the receipt of goods, regular quality controls, customer service, etc.)

• Supporting the Category Manager in maintaining long-term and trusting business relationships with our producers

Assortment management

• Analyze market data and conduct competitive intelligence

• Participate in the optimization and rationalization of shelf management in a categorical approach and according to the strategic lineage

• Uploading new products and updating product sheets (image, description, price, etc.)

• Management of the promotional plan in collaboration with marketing

Analysis and monitoring of KPIs

• Analyze and control our KPIs - turnover, sales, profitability

• Optimize inventory management (losses and shortages) and customer shortages

• Continuous improvement projects

DESIRED PROFILE ⭐

• You have a degree in management, bioengineering, or any other field relevant to the

• You have an affinity for the agri-food sector, sustainable food, organic and local products

• You have an analytical, rigorous, organized mind

• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team

• You are an agile, pragmatic, solution-oriented person who does not hesitate to go into the field and adapts to both operational realities and the strategic needs of the company

• You know how to stay calm and in a good mood even in some stressful situations

• You are comfortable with computer systems (Excel, etc.)

• You have a perfect command of French (Dutch is a plus)
