🎯 Job description
As part of the strengthening of its marketing team, eFarmz is looking for a Marketing Assistant on a work-study basis or under CIP contract.
You will join the marketing department and work in direct collaboration with the Marketing Manager, on operational missions related to e-commerce marketing.
🧩 Main missions
Participation in the preparation and sending of newsletters
Production and update of the weekly booklet
Creation and updating of marketing materials (content, visuals, layouts)
Participation in community management, in particular through the creation of stories on our social networks
Support for monitoring marketing performance (existing reports)
Participation in the follow-up of partnerships and marketing activations
Contribution to cross-functional marketing projects
Profile
🧠 Desired profile
Student in marketing, communication or equivalent field
Available on a work-study basis (min. 6 months) or CIP eligible (6 months)
Comfortable with digital tools
Organized, rigorous and curious
Ability to work with deadlines

💰 Remuneration
As part of a Professional Immersion Contract (CIP), a monthly allowance is provided, in accordance with the rules in force in Brussels.
The minimum amount of the allowance corresponds to 50% of the Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Income (RMMG) and varies according to age:
18 years old: €865.90
19 years old: €929.30
20 years: €992.60
21 years and over: 1.056 €
These amounts may be prorated in the case of part-time work.
The intern is also insured against accidents at work and on the way to work.
In the context of a work-study program, a fee may be discussed depending on the rhythm and framework of the contract.
Conduct of interviews
1️⃣ Application
You send us your CV with a short cover letter.
If your profile speaks to us and a first feeling emerges when reading, we will contact you for the rest.
2️⃣ First exchange – motivations & background
A first interview (video or on-site) with the Marketing Manager to get to know each other, understand your background, your motivations and introduce you to eFarmz and the role.
3️⃣ Small case study
If the match is confirmed, a simple and concrete case study will be offered to you.
The objective is above all to understand your way of thinking and approaching a marketing problem.
4️⃣ Meeting with the CEO
If the case study is coherent, a final meeting with the CEO will validate the human fit, the alignment with eFarmz's values and the terms of the contract (internship, work-study or CIP).
