Marketing, Events & PR Project Manager Intern
Job description
👉 As a Marketing Project Assistant intern, your missions will be as follows:
Event Project Management (from A to Z): You will be in charge of the complete organization of our events (including a big launch party), with the whole team in support to support you on a daily basis. This includes ideation, creative direction, logistics, scenography, as well as sourcing and managing vendors and guests.
PR, Influence and Creativity: You will manage the creation and sending of "PR Boxes" packages for press and influencers. You will be responsible for all the creative aspect around these mailings, as well as the rigorous follow-up of contacts.
Artistic Direction and Production: You will be present in the field during our photo and video shoots to coordinate the teams, ensure the proper execution of the shots and ensure strict compliance with our Artistic Direction.
Agency and Social Media Coordination: You will work closely with our external communication agency. You will ensure the follow-up to ensure the smooth running of the editorial schedule and you will actively participate in the implementation of the AD on our platforms.
Field & Retail Activations: You will be an ambassador for the brand, but your role will mainly consist of coordinating the external agency in charge of our tastings and sampling. You'll have to imagine and manage the scenography and visual merchandising of these kinds of in-store activations.
E-commerce & CRM: Daily management of the brand's eshop and design/sending of newsletters.
Profile
You are motivated, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty and you have a great sense of organization.
Excellent command of French (English is an asset) with good writing skills.
Strong affinity for photography, video, art direction and mastery of design (Adobe Suite or Canva).
Curieux.se, proactif.ve, able to manage service providers and work in a team.
B license and car strongly recommended (essential for event logistics and filming).
