Job description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator, a champion of human relations with a great affinity for all the logistical aspects related to order preparation and the daily management of a warehouse. 📝👌

Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you are responsible for the operational coordination of the warehouse. You will ensure the smooth running of logistics activities, from the receipt of goods to the preparation of orders, ensuring the quality, punctuality and efficiency of operations.

👉 Your responsibilities:

Logistics 📦 Operations Management

  • Coordinate all end-to-end logistics operations: reception, storage, preparation and dispatch of orders.

  • Ensure the availability and quality of orders within the given deadlines.

  • Maintain order, cleanliness and the proper functioning of the warehouse.

Team 🤝 management

  • Supervise, support and motivate a team of about 20 employees.

  • Ensure that a serene working environment and a good atmosphere are maintained within the team.

  • To ensure the reception and training of newcomers.

Technical Support and Tools 🔨

  • Be the key user of the warehouse management system (WMS): monitoring of developments, updates and relationship with IT.

  • Identify areas for improvement of tools to optimize operations.

Resource 📝 Management

  • Identify the needs for materials, equipment and supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the warehouse.

  • Track orders and ensure resource availability.

Continuous 🚀 improvement

  • Monitor the application of internal processes.

  • Propose medium-term operational improvement avenues.

Profile

  • You have a master's degree in management, economics or logistics and you have a first experience in logistics/supply chain 🎓

  • You are very comfortable with computer tools in general and you juggle with Excel

  • You are a hands-on person with strong organizational ability and a deep understanding of warehouse-related demands.
