Job description
As Manager of the "Process Management" Center of Expertise, you must ensure that you optimize the performance of the processes (Operational – Technological) in collaboration with your stakeholders for better customer satisfaction, through 5 axes:
Make documented business processes accessible to all;
Implement a "Performance Management" methodology and deploy it in collaboration with your stakeholders
Establish foundations for collaboration , process robustness (operational – Datas – Digital and product management)
Ensure the dynamic of continuous process improvement in accordance with the Agile strategy
Implement the " New Product/Process Introduction " process within Partenamut
On a day-to-day basis:
You manage a team of 10 employees by defining/allocating the roles and responsibilities of the employees
You will be responsible for providing an efficient organization to integrate the mission of the center of expertise.
Your mission will be to define the Process Management foundations for relevant management of the operational performance of processes and to prevent risks.
You will have to define the basis of an end-to-end continuous improvement dynamic for the management of operational processes in accordance with Partenamut's strategic vision
You will be responsible for laying the groundwork for an analytical approach to process management.
You will aim to define a strategic vision "Operational Excellence" including the Operating Model, the Maturity Model and the Organizational Design.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in the process management methodology within a service company.
You have excellent communication skills, diplomacy and adaptability.
You have an advanced knowledge of Lean management.
You have an analytical mind that helps you, among other things, to improve processes in a service environment.
You are open to change and novelty, looking for inspiration to improve our processes.
You have at least 5 years of experience in team management and are therefore able to federate, coach, motivate, reassure, and support your employees.
You have a long-term strategic vision that allows you to actively participate in the development of the company's strategy and are able to translate the strategy into concrete action plans.
You are results-oriented and performance-oriented. KPIs hold no secrets for you and you excel at monitoring and mastering them.
Advanced knowledge of project and change management (Agile) is an undeniable asset.
