Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern within the Human Resources team, you will provide support to the team in order to find the best talent for our company.

🚀 On a daily basis:

  • You screen CVs.

  • You make corrections to job descriptions.

  • You actively participate in interviews for mass functions.

  • You will ensure the administrative follow-up of recruitments from A to Z. 📝

  • You manage the sending of tests to candidates and classify the results in our system.

  • You will monitor our recruitment platform Talent'up.

  • You participate in team and alignment meetings.

  • You support the team in certain tasks of the HR Squad (writing/updating certain processes, annual road show , jobday, jobfairs).

Profile

  • You are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in HR/Management. 🎓

  • You are autonomous, flexible and you learn quickly.

  • You have good communication skills (oral and written).

  • You are stress-resistant, proactive, reactive and results-oriented.

  • You are fluent in French, knowledge of English and/or Dutch is an asset.
