To strengthen our Talent Development team, we are looking for a Talent Development Advisor dedicated to employee development. 🌱
Your mission? Implement and animate a learning culture, by bringing to life an innovative, accessible and impactful training offer, aligned with the needs of our teams and Partenamut's strategy.
Thanks to our academy (LMS/LXP), a real learning space, you can exploit and enhance existing digital content, while developing new training experiences.
In your team of 4 other colleagues, you position the platform as a central tool for the dissemination and marketing of the learning culture, making the offer visible, attractive and engaging for all employees.
👉 On a daily basis:
You apply Partenamut's strategy and values to your development actions.
You build training projects by analysing the training needs expressed by internal customers and proposing a learning solution that makes sense for the applicant (based on the analysis of the need).
You translate and translate development objectives into various learning systems (e.g. blended or not, training courses, tailor-made training).
You define the training plan for the areas under your responsibility in collaboration with the HR Business Partners.
You will draw up specifications dedicated to public procurement.
You will monitor developments in your areas of responsibility and training in general, relying in particular on your external network.
You map and re-evaluate the processes in your scope in order to generate continuous improvement, by actively collaborating with your colleagues within the business.
You are responsible for the budget in your field.
Profile
You have a Master's degree in HRM or 5 years' professional experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the field of Learning and Development. 🎓
You are able to manage projects from A to Z (training projects or other).
Your curiosity leads you to develop an expertise in business training. 🤩
You demonstrate a strong interest in the world of learning but also in the tools/solutions that transform learning (AI, digital learning, learner empowerment, etc.).
You have a critical sense that allows you to make decisions based on relevant data.
Your global vision (helicopter view) ensures you an excellent ability to analyze data/information in order to generate continuous improvement, as well as the ability to make connections with the organization's ambitions.

Your clear and dynamic communication as well as your ability to give and receive feedback make you a positive personality with excellent inter-relational skills.
