Regulatory Compliance Team Leader
Job description
As a Regulatory Compliance Team Leader, you play a key role in maintaining the compliance of our internal processes to protect the organization from operational and financial risks. You and your teams will organise an active regulatory watch to monitor developments, assess the consequences and translate them into concrete actions.
You will directly supervise a team of ten Regulatory Officers whom you will support in their development and collective performance. You actively collaborate with the transformation teams to provide them with regulatory expertise for the various projects and improvement initiatives that impact regulatory processes.
👉 On a daily basis:
You manage your team and ensure its smooth running by planning the technical, human and, if necessary, financial resources.
You feed and participate in the implementation of the strategy with your manager and implement the strategic objectives within your team.
You are proficient in your field : methodological and regulatory monitoring, impact analysis, participation in sensitive cases.
You will integrate the transversality by taking into account the needs of other departments and by participating in internal governance.
You manage performance via key indicators and identify opportunities for improvement, always with the customer at the center.
You help your employees grow through a coaching, coaching and continuous development approach.
You bring your team together by giving meaning, relaying the company's vision and promoting communication in both directions.
You ensure continuous improvement by identifying concrete levers of efficiency and strengthening control and quality tools.

You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a regulated environment (mutuality, insurance, public institution or financial sector) and hold a bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Economics or equivalent by experience.
You master the challenges of regulatory compliance, monitoring and compliance of processes, as well as managing a multidisciplinary team.
You combine a global vision with operational rigor, and know how to translate legal requirements into concrete actions.
You are analytical, structured and oriented towards continuous improvement, and like to work cross-functionally while communicating with clarity.
You evolve with ease in a human and changing environment, and wish to actively contribute to the strategic challenges of the mutuality of tomorrow.
