Product owner - Public Website

As a Product Owner Public Website, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of our public website in collaboration with external IT teams, internal data teams and business teams. Your main role will be to ensure the coherence and feasibility of initiatives while ensuring optimal management of priorities and resources. 💻

You will be surrounded by a multidisciplinary squad to carry out your mission. 

👉 Your role will consist of:

• Design and oversee the development of the public website as well as the online affiliate module, so the role includes elements of customer experience and conversion optimization.

• Prioritize initiatives and lead your squad towards the achievement of your product vision.

• Align the roadmap with strategic objectives and technical constraints.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owners of other products (app, connected site, etc.) to ensure the coherence of Partenamut's digital ecosystem.

• Stakeholder management: you coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders (IT, data, process teams) to ensure smooth and efficient management of the entire life cycle of initiatives, from the definition of the solution to the production launch.

• Performance monitoring and adjustments: you will monitor the performance of the initiatives deployed in terms of business value, adoption and operational impact. You propose and implement the necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

• Challenge IT solutions: you ensure that IT proposals are realistic and that they meet technical requirements while remaining adapted to business needs. You don't hesitate to challenge the IT teams to guarantee the feasibility of the solutions.

• Monitoring of the quality of deliveries: you validate that the features developed meet the defined acceptance criteria and the expectations of stakeholders.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years as a Product Owner.

• You master Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and communicate effectively with internal and external IT teams.

• You manage the backlog and prioritize requests according to business needs and technical constraints.

• You put the customer at the center and ensure that the product is built with and for them. 🤝

• You are curious about developments in your field and adopt a "test & learn" approach.

• You instill innovation while maintaining optimal delivery.

• You coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate easily with different contacts.

• You work in French and English, ideally with an understanding of Dutch.
