Demand Manager
Job description
As a Demand Manager, you play a key role in Partenamut's business transformation by centralizing, qualifying and prioritizing requests from the organization. You guarantee that each request is understood, evaluated and directed towards the right flow, in line with the company's strategic challenges . 🚀
You will directly supervise a team composed of a Demand Officer and Business Transformation Advisors, whom you will support in their development and collective performance. You will work closely with the Corporate Portfolio Manager and the transformation teams (Business & Tech) to maximize the value provided to customers and the organization.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will supervise the collection, qualification and structuring of business needs in order to ensure their added value and expected benefits.
You will supervise the categorization of incoming requests, the consolidation of similar ones and their handling in the appropriate flow (Project vs. Improvement).
You will ensure a consolidated view of all requests, monitor their progress and produce regular reporting for the Portfolio Manager.
You will ensure the consistency of the request management process, identify opportunities for optimization, propose improvements and be the point of reference for the request management portal (quality, consistency of encoded information, user support, avenues for development, etc.).
You facilitate communication and collaboration between requesters and transformation teams (Business & Techno) by translating business issues into clear elements.
You support the implementation of initiatives and their feedback, ensuring the proper allocation of resources and the reduction of redundancies.
You will supervise, coach and support your employees in their professional development and commitment.
Profile
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in demand management, portfolio/project management or organizational transformation, ideally in a complex environment.
You have a proven management experience of at least 3 years in a team and know how to supervise, inspire and develop your employees. 🤝
You combine an excellent understanding of business issues with the ability to engage effectively with technical and transformation teams.
You have a strong ability to structure, consolidate and prioritize requests to maximize their added value.
You are recognized for your analytical skills, your rigor and your sense of prioritization. 👌
You excel in communication and know how to bring together various stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
You are solution-oriented and able to propose improvements to optimize processes and reduce redundancies.
Proficiency in Jira or other portfolio/project management tools is an asset.
