
Reception Manager
Job description
On a daily basis, as a Reception Employee, you will inform and direct visitors to the service they are looking for in order to ensure a front-line welcome. 🤗
Welcoming customers by adapting to all profiles
Directing customers to the appropriate service
Helping customers on digital kiosks 💻
Sort and perform basic checks on certain documents submitted
Remind customers about simple activities: moving appointments, checking data, reporting missing documents, etc. 📞
Receive parcels or orders and ensure their distribution to the various departments or people
Ensure access to the various entrances and exits of the building 🏢
Profile
You have a secondary school diploma.
Experience or affinity with customer service is an asset (being comfortable at the reception all day)
You are fluent in French and have knowledge of Dutch. English is a plus
You are dynamic, smiling and have a good sense of contact and communication. 😊
You are customer-oriented and easy to contact, face-to-face or by phone.
You are rigorous and organized.
You are empathetic and a good listener. 💙
You are resistant to stress
You can handle demanding customers
You like to work in a team.
