Job description
Your main tasks:
You will write digital content oriented towards marketing/conversion and information/awareness (landing pages, blog articles, SoMe posts, emails, SEA, banners, etc.) as well as content for offline media (magazine, brochures, flyers, etc.) thanks to clear, impactful messages, calibrated to reach the target audience, with perfect syntax and spelling.
You determine the semantics and the list of keywords to be used according to the theme and SEO reporting.
You manage internal proofreading and uploading in the CMS tool (Magnolia).
You create compelling and engaging content that enhances the user experience and drives customer engagement on our digital products and platforms.
You ensure that the content is optimized for UX and in line with the editorial charter.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and UX/UI to understand user needs and business objectives to deliver understandable content and make every action intuitive to simplify the customer journey and improve the user experience.
You make recommendations to improve existing content to improve usability, comprehension, and conversion.
You participate in user tests to validate content choices and iterate based on user feedback.
You stay up to date on trends, best practices, and emerging technologies (ChatGPT) in UX writing and content design.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree
You have at least 2 years of proven experience as a UX copywriter, content designer, or similar position.
You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and an understanding of grammar and style rules.
You have knowledge of SEO best practices and an ability to optimize content for search engines.
You are proficient in user-centered design principles and understand user experience methodologies.
You are able to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and agile development methodologies, a plus.
