Job description

As a Business Application Owner within the PIQXL team, you ensure that the applications under your responsibility meet business requirements, while supporting Partenamut's strategy of simplification, omnichannel and health.

On a daily basis: 

Application Management:

  • You are proficient in the applications (e.g. Genesys, Teams, DGC, Instar, AS400,...) under your responsibility, which are essential for operational services.

  • You inform and support users as new features roll out to ensure maximum adoption.

  • You create and distribute the necessary documentation for your applications.

  • You configure applications to meet the specific needs of your domain.

Internal point of contact for teams and projects:

  • You will contribute to the diagnosis and analysis of operational processes.

  • You offer technical solutions in your field of expertise.

  • You will be involved in projects related to your business and bring your expertise to assess the operational and functional impact of changes (for the Customer Relations Department).

Application testing:

  • You coordinate with MLOZ (Union des Mutualités Libres) to plan, write, organize and supervise the necessary tests for changes to applications as well as to ensure their reliability before going into production.

  • You support the production activation of successfully tested applications.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • You manage incidents and problems related to your applications.

  • You follow up with IT partners and coordinate communication between the various departments impacted.

Control of data related to your applications:

  • You are familiar with data related to applications in your field of activity.

  • You design, extract, and execute operational routines and data selections necessary for the proper management of services.

Profile

  • You have a strong interest in IT, you have a great desire to learn and develop in the management and understanding of the functioning of applications related to your role.

  • You are organized and you are recognized for your ability to analyze, synthesize and be solution-oriented.

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French, a good command of English and at least a passive knowledge of Dutch. 

  • You can prove that you have proven expertise in the use of standard tools (e.g. DGC, AS400, etc.), or that you have proven experience in application management within a company of a certain size. 

  • You are a team player, you are flexible in terms of schedules and occasionally in terms of the workplace.
