ADM Healthcare Manager
Job description
As an SMA Healthcare Manager (Claims), you will join a team of about fifteen people on the Brussels site. Your mission is to process requests for health care interventions in order to proceed with reimbursement in compliance with the general conditions of these insurances. You are the point of contact for internal and external customers with regard to these insurances.
👉 On a daily basis:
You analyse customer requests and check that they are complete and justified, according to the applicable statutes of the insurance companies concerned.
You encode the data on dental, hospitalization or outpatient care invoices in order to reimburse customers.
You will ensure incoming and outgoing customer contacts through all channels (telephone,...) for additional information or regularizations in connection with the various internal and external departments.
You proactively contact our clients/third parties in order to support them, inform them of the progress of their case and offer them personalized, effective and efficient solutions
You update customers' identification and banking data.
You rigorously follow the procedures for handling written customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and limit financial risks.
Profile
✅ Your profile as an ADM Healthcare Manager:
You hold, at least, a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience 🎓
You have a strong customer focus, demonstrating your ability to understand and respond to customer needs while respecting the rules and procedures in force.
Your ability to work in a team is undeniable, promoting cohesion and openness to the ideas of others.
You have a strong sense of quality and are change-oriented, able to adapt quickly to changes in the industry.
Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to efficiently process requests and rigorously follow procedures, while ensuring optimal customer service.
Your proactive attitude and commitment are the drivers of your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the team's success in managing daily challenges.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.
