Team Leader - Service Center
Job description
As a Team Leader at the Service Center, you will supervise a team of about twenty employees and participate in the achievement of the department's objectives. At the team level, you organize and facilitate meetings and performance dialogues. And on an individual level, you support and coach your team's customer care agents. In co-construction with the other staff managers and the manager, you bring Partenamut's strategy to life.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will participate in the implementation of the strategy in the field and break down strategic objectives into team objectives.
You control performance by defining and monitoring your team's key performance indicators, in order to manage its activities, and you identify opportunities for progress while keeping the customer at the center.
You manage your team and ensure its smooth operation. You help your employees grow by ensuring the development of their skills, in particular through a coaching and support approach and by taking into account their needs or the capacity for change of each person.
You unite your team by giving meaning to messages, by ensuring that company information is disseminated to your team and by ensuring that information is passed on from the field.
You master your field by following regulatory, technological and/or technical developments, identifying/analysing the impacts on your team and, if necessary, participating in operational activities.
You integrate transversality by taking into account the needs and requests of other teams in your decisions and in your management.
You ensure continuous improvement by identifying concrete actions to promote/facilitate compliance with quality criteria in your team and by implementing control tools in order to adjust if necessary.
You take charge of yourself by getting involved in a program to develop managerial knowledge and skills and you are change-oriented.
Profile
🎓 Your profile as a Service Center Team Manager:
You have a first convincing experience as a team leader of at least 2 years.
You have a higher education diploma at bachelor's level or equivalent by experience.
A general knowledge of the mutual insurance company or the insurance sector is a plus.
You know how to set measurable goals . 📊
You are results-oriented and proactive customer support is important to you.
You are a good communicator and feel able to bring the company's values to life and achieve operational objectives.
You feel able to federate, coach, motivate, reassure and support your employees.
You have a strong interest in new technologies and the ability to understand and follow projects related to applications and innovative developments (especially in AI).
