Job description

As an intern in Communication - Prevention and Protection at Work, you will join the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (SIPPT) whose mission is to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our employees. Your responsibilities will be to strengthen internal communication and marketing around this theme and to contribute to projects and initiatives related to prevention and health at work. 💙

👉 On a daily basis:

You co-construct the different stages of the Internal Health Pathway project.
You will participate in the creation of content and actions related to health pathways (prevention, procedures, sedentary lifestyle).
You will participate in the creation of content and actions related to absenteeism and good managerial practices.
You will participate in the creation of content and actions related to the catalogue of the internal prevention department and the Teambuilding catalogue.
You will participate in meetings, actions, working groups and formulate new ideas for support for internal staff.
You coordinate activities or training (planning, logistics, communication).

Profile

🎓 Your profile as an intern in Communication - Prevention and Protection at Work :

You are currently pursuing studies in communication, human resources management, prevention and occupational health advisor, and occupational psychology.
You are able to create engaging visuals , design graphic materials (videos, e-learning, posters, infographics, articles for intranet/internal networks, newsletters, etc.) to promote good practices in occupational health.
You are creative while adapting the visual style to the identity of our department, and this in line with Partenamut's graphic charter. 🎨
You are organized and plan.
You enjoy working both in a team and individually.
You are flexible and have a strong sense of respect and quality.
You have a perfect command of French, both orally and in writing.
You are comfortable with digital tools, including Canva and/or Rise (or motivated to learn it).
