 As a pharmaceutico-technical assistant, you play a key role in the quality of care by supporting pharmacists and ensuring a reliable and efficient medication circuit.

  • You ensure compliance with procedures, in order to guarantee a qualitatively and quantitatively correct delivery of medicines and a quality production of magistral and officinal preparations, sterile and non-sterile;

  • You guarantee the traceability, invoicing, de-invoicing and correct storage of returned medicines;

  • You make suggestions for the medication circuit, to improve its efficiency, quality and safety, vis-à-vis pharmacists and colleagues;

  • You ensure that at the end of the day, your own tasks are carried out so that all patients can benefit from their treatment in good time;

  • You help your colleagues, so that all the tasks of the day are carried out in the allotted time;

  • You carry out all the tasks as planned and guarantee the complete transmission of information in order to allow everyone to take charge of the function/relay in the best conditions;

  • You provide quality training, in order to allow your new colleagues to understand and respect the procedures in place.

📜 This is a recruitment reserve for various types of contracts (CDI - CDR): currently, the following are vacant: a permanent contract (50%), a permanent contract (CDR) 80%, and a permanent contract (CDR) 100%
🕗 You work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., depending on the needs of the department / Possibility of working on weekends (about 6 or 7 days/year)

Profile

📚 Qualifications and experience required:

  • You have a diploma as a pharmaceutico-technical assistant and an approval from the FPS Public Health.

🚀 Essential Skills:

  • You have a sense of responsibility and are a team player;

  • You demonstrate initiative, self-discipline, efficiency, reliability, thoroughness and adaptability;

  • You are open-minded, have a sense of responsibility, a team spirit and are customer-oriented.

Additional advantages:

  • Experience in a hospital setting is an asset, especially for laminar flow handling.
