Job description

🌱 Context

Les Petits Riens is a social economy enterprise that has been active for more than 85 years in the fight against poverty and exclusion. By selling second-hand objects in its stores and via its e-shop, the organisation finances its social projects and promotes socio-professional reintegration.

As part of the development of our online store, we are looking for an e-shop Manager to strengthen our team and increase the impact of the digital project, for a 3-month part-time fixed-term contract.

 👉 Your missions

Under the supervision of the E-commerce Manager and in collaboration with the internal teams, you will be responsible for the daily management of our e-shop:

Operational management:

  • Selection and online publication of products (clothing, books, decoration, etc.)

  • Taking photos and checking descriptions and sales prices

  • Inventory management

  • Order processing and shipping, returns tracking and disputes

Customer Experience:

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Tracking customer reviews and continuously improving the user experience

Analysis and strategy:

  • Tracking sales, KPIs, and monthly reports

  • Participation in the optimization of the e-shop (product offer, pricing policy, discounts,...)

  • Participation in the communication reflection on the e-shop project

Profile

🔍 We are looking for a person:

  • With experience in e-commerce or online store management

  • Interested in circular fashion, second-hand and the values of the social economy

  • Organized, autonomous, proactive, with a strong social sensitivity

  • Comfortable with digital 💻 tools

  • Knowledge of product photography and/or digital marketing is an asset

  • Knowledge of second-hand product valuation and trends is an asset
