Job description
🌱 Context
Les Petits Riens is a multifaceted and multi-site organization. We provide social economy, property management and social actions.
To complete our team in the finance department, we are looking for a Financial Controller for a full-time permanent contract.
👉 Main mission
Under the responsibility of the Finance Department, the Financial Controller's mission is to ensure the reliability of financial information and to strengthen risk management. In addition to management control, he/she plays a central role in internal audit and the implementation of procedures, in order to guarantee the transparency, efficiency and compliance of practices within the organization.
📣 Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Audit & Compliance (Priority)
Define and implement the internal audit plan
Conduct regular audits of financial, administrative and operational processes
Identify risks, weaknesses in internal control and propose corrective measures
Write clear audit reports with concrete recommendations
Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions
Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory standards
2. Procedures & Internal Control
Develop and formalize internal procedures, in conjunction with management and teams
Strengthen the internal control system and ensure that it is appropriated by the entire organization
Optimize financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
Actively participate in the implementation and improvement of financial tools (ERP, reporting)
3. Management control and management
Oversee the development of budgets and forecasts
Set up and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs)
Provide regular and relevant financial analysis to the Branch
Develop and automate reporting through advanced Excel and Power BI
4. Coaching & Collaboration
Supervise and coordinate the management control team
Work closely with accounting and operational departments
Act as a true business partner with the Management and field teams
Profile
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent 🎓
Proven experience (min. 5 to 7 years) in internal audit, management control or financial control
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and internal control practices
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Good knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis
Ability to analyze, audit and recommend corrective actions
Management and change management skills
Rigor, integrity and strong communication skills
