Job description
The sales representative is responsible for developing turnover by prospecting, monitoring and retaining customers.
He/she acts as the main interlocutor between the customer and the company, while integrating a technical understanding of products and processes in order to propose adapted and realistic solutions.
Its objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to commercial growth and promote the company's know-how.
👉 Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect for new customers and potential markets.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
Identify customer needs and offer them adapted commercial solutions.
Negotiate and conclude contracts, ensure administrative and operational follow-up in collaboration with internal teams.
Qualify customer needs and propose tailor-made solutions, integrating operational constraints, costs, deadlines and quality requirements.
Ensure regular follow-up of orders, deliveries and invoicing.
Collaborate closely with operations (production, logistics, quality, planning) to ensure feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy and promotional actions (trade shows, visits, events).
Carry out regular reporting on commercial activities and monitoring of objectives.
Profile
Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (ideally in a social economy or logistics services environment).

Ability to combine fieldwork, strategy and operational coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation and portfolio management skills.
Comfortable in environments operating with schedules, KPIs, quality and operational flows.
