Experienced dentist (bilingual) for Joseph Bracops

The Iris Sud Hospitals are looking for

• A dentist for the Joseph Bracops site (Anderlecht);
• 5/10ths per week (to be discussed) (possibility of increasing after 18 months);
• You will participate in the general activity of the service within a number of activity slots for the pool;
• You will have the opportunity to practice a private practice for your outpatient surgical patients (admitted for day or classic hospitalization) at one of the HIS sites in addition to the timat for the pool, if desired.

To be eligible for this position, you must meet and agree to the following conditions:

• Be an experienced Bachelor of Dental Science (001) (have obtained your Bachelor of Dental Science degree at least 5 years ago, without interruption);
• Avor active knowledge of the second national language;
• Clinical experience is an asset.

We offer you:

• A self-employed contract for an indefinite period
• Attractive remuneration in the form of pool shares paid at the end of the month (20% pooled + 80% individual)
• The first two months: in the form of fixed pool shares * associated leverage
• From the 3rd month:
• in the form of variable pool shares (in connection with the invoiced activity, with a split of 20/80 cf. above) * associated leverage
• + a retrocession on any fees from private practice paid monthly, with a delay of 3 months in relation to the date of service, on the basis of individual statements
• 30 days of paid leave and a maximum of 10 days of scientific leave per year (on a 10/10th basis and in proportion to the contractual number of periods of activity and the number of months worked within HIS) covered by your variable and fixed pool shares.
• Insurance covering the professional civil liability of doctors for all medical acts performed within the institution.

You will also have the opportunity to be promoted to the rank of assistant from the 12th year after obtaining your medical degree and after completing your 18-month probationary period within our institution.
