Job description

🌍 On-site – Brussels, Belgium

⏰ Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET (Brussels)

About Us:

We are a consumer goods group whose mission is to bring value to humans and their habitats. Our three brands Bambaw (sustainable everyday products), Oravix (innovations in oral care) and Arista Ayurveda (natural personal care inspired by Ayurvedic traditions) are all driven by a common vision: to create meaningful, sustainable and health-oriented products that improve everyday life. Our products are sold in Europe, the United States and Canada, and we are growing rapidly.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced design manager to ensure smooth, fast and high-quality delivery of all visual elements (static and video).

You will translate communication briefs into a clear design direction, coordinate external designers, and control the final door of visual quality before publication, ensuring that every element is on-brief, on-brand, and executed to a consistently high standard.

If you are detail-oriented, structured, experienced in leading visual production, and comfortable coordinating the workflows of digital, print, and, ideally, video production, this is the position for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creative Workflow and Coordination:

  • Act as the main bridge between project stakeholders and designers.

  • Translate communication briefs into clear and structured design briefs that are aligned with brand and channel requirements.

  • Manage the full loop of iterations for large visual projects and consolidate feedback to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth.

  • Track deadlines and ensure visual deliverables move smoothly, especially for product launches.

Visual Standards and Quality Property:

  • Own the last Asset Ready door before publishing for all of the team's visual content deliverables.

  • Review all static and video assets to ensure alignment with brand standards, short-term goals, and channel constraints.

  • Provide accurate, actionable feedback to designers to improve visual execution.

  • Maintain a consistent and high-level visual quality benchmark across all brands.

Preparation for product launch and accuracy of final delivery:

  • Validate that all assets are complete, accurate, and technically ready before release.

  • Contribute to seamless product launches by ensuring visual assets are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Confirm alignment between the initial specification, the assets delivered, and the business objectives.

  • Reduce iteration inefficiencies through structured coordination and clear approvals.

Process Documentation and Discipline:

  • Maintain impeccable naming conventions, folder structures, and version control.

  • Consistently apply Studio workflows and motivation procedures to all projects in your work.

  • Document changes and ensure stakeholders are always accessing the correct versions of assets.

  • Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements.

Profile

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience in Design Lead, Creative Lead, or senior visual coordination in an eCommerce environment.

  • Solid visual judgment with the ability to consistently elevate the result to a high level of quality.

  • Good understanding of Amazon PDP's visual structure and content requirements.

  • Proven track record of delivering clear, structured, and consolidated feedback while executing effective iteration cycles with external designers.

  • Strong project coordination and management skills, with the ability to complete multiple projects while balancing speed and quality.

  • A strong ownership mindset with responsibility for final visual approval prior to release.

  • Attention to detail, including file organization, naming conventions, and version control.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and clarify expectations.

Nice to have:

  • Basic ability in visual or content editing (non-designer level).

  • Strong understanding of print production requirements and technical specifications of assets.

  • Experience coordinating workflows from asset creation to product launches.

  • Familiarity with Amazon's creative guidelines and best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing (not mandatory, but useful).
