Your mission:

Become the driving force behind Fost Plus' digital marketing strategy!

Fost Plus is looking for a digital "whizz kid" that combines creativity and data-driven marketing. Thanks to your innate curiosity, you know better than anyone what is going on in our organization. You translate all these stories into strong images and powerful texts for social media and digital channels, tailored to our different target groups. You present our projects to the public in words and images, highlight new offers and report on activities. As a bridge builder, you take the lead in "digital community building". Marketing automation holds no secrets for you because you know how to convey the right message to the right target group at the right time.

With a passionate marketing and communication team, you will work on a digital content strategy with real impact. You report to the Content & Digital Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

Content & storytelling

  • You translate our communication strategy into inspiring formats: social publications, newsletters, blogs, videos, infographics, etc. always recognizable in its tone and style.

  • You'll work with our in-house experts to turn complex themes (packaging waste, recycling, circular economy) into clear and accessible stories that reach young and old alike.

  • You manage a content calendar that combines the channel (web, social media, email, platforms) and the target group (citizens, members/companies). This way, every target group on every channel receives the right content at the right time.

  • You identify opportunities and translate them into relevant use cases and automations.

  • You develop a clear strategy for social media (content pillars, formats and rhythm) and translate it into concrete channeling plans.

  • You will brief and manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, creators): from briefing and planning to feedback, delivery and evaluation.

Analysis and reporting

  • You have the reflex to measure the impact of your content on the different channels and to formulate concrete actions to improve.

  • You segment the target groups according to profile, behaviour and life cycle phase, thus laying the foundation for more personal and relevant communication.

Profile

  • Preferably you have a bachelor's or master's degree in (digital) communication, marketing, journalism or a related field, or you can demonstrate equivalent experience.

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and French (one of the two could be your strongest language); Knowledge of English is an asset.

  • Instagram, TikTok and Facebook don't hide any secrets from you – even in a professional context. You are quick to discover new trends and follow interesting profiles.

  • You have a good pen and can convert complex information into clear and attractive formats of words and images for different target groups. You use your own style, in accordance with the company's identity guidelines.

  • You don't have to be a graphic designer, but you can get by with simple image editing.

  • You have demonstrable experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform (setting up workflows, lists/segments, templates, dashboards).

  • You'll actively stay informed about new reporting and automation features (e.g., HubSpot updates, integrations, and AI capabilities) and privacy rules (GDPR), and translate these changes into concrete improvements to our approach.

  • You are analytically sound: numbers and dashboards don't scare you, and you can translate insights into concrete optimizations.
